Good Morning! It’s about time I talk about this outfit! I wore it a couple weeks ago to happy hour on the roof of the Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel in Charlotte. They have a really cool rooftop bar called “Merchant and Trade” up there that’s perfect for watching the sunset over a couple summer cocktails! I knew it was going to be hot, so I didn’t want to wear a long maxi dress or something that couldn’t breathe. So, I opted for
these $55 shorts and they were perfect! I’m wearing a size US 6 and typically wear between a 4 and 6 in bottoms, so I would size up one size from what your normally wear. My
top also comes in two colors and is perfect with so many things! It’s saved the day numerous times in my closet so far, and I’m thinking the black one needs to be the newest add since they’re so versatile. I hope you all had a great holiday weekend! We were in Charleston (blog post coming) for a wedding I was in. Every time we visit, we come home and say we are buying a second home or condo there ha! I’ve got another busy week ahead planning for an international trip, so I’m off to run errands and hopefully get my outfits planned out proactively for once. Wish me luck!
