One of the reasons we loved Hawaii so much was because everywhere you looked was beautiful! It’s physically impossible to take a photo with an ugly backdrop. I had initially planned to take our honeymoon off completely from blogging. However once we got there and saw how pretty everything was, I couldn’t help myself! I guess that’s what happens when you love what you do.
Today I am talking about my all time favorite swim set! If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve seen that I take it with me on every vacation. I never get tired of it! I was a little weary to take the plunge in buying a high waisted bikini, but holy cow am I glad I did! It’s so flattering, perfect for hiding what I like to call a “food baby” (and trust me, I had many of those with all the mahi tacos we ate at the pool), and always gets compliments! It runs true to size (wearing a small in both pieces) and is great quality. I chose white obviously for bridal purposes, but it comes in a few color options (including
red, which I want). I found
this maxi cover-up shortly before we left for the wedding and it has quickly become my favorite cover-up purchase in I can’t tell you how many seasons! I love how soft it is, and again – another flattering piece!
