We celebrated Liam’s 3rd birthday last weekend! Where did the time go!? It still feels like I just had him maybe a year ago. His birthday party is always one of my favorite events of the year, and it’s fun seeing what his interests and requests are as he starts to build a little personality with age. This was the year of Spiderman, which was a tall order as this very girly mom is still learning all the boy things. BUT, with a little help from Ali at Tiny Sprinkles Events – we made all our little guys Spidey dreams come true. If you’re looking for help with planning a party I can’t recommend her enough! She’s super easy to work with, very responsive, and overall just made life so much easier for me. Truly could not have pulled this day off successfully without her!
I say this every year, but transforming our backyard into a toddlers playground was honestly too much fun, I’m still trying to figure out how we can have all of these things permanently (including the coffee cart, ha). As soon as Liam saw the bounce house go up, he was beating on the window to get out there and jump around! Everything in our backyard is fenced in, so parents can open the gate and let their kiddos run free and enjoy themselves, while the parents socialize over a cup of Roaming Spirits coffee or a Wandering Social cocktail. After all, I like to think if you’ve gotta attend a party with 25 sugar rushed toddlers running around, you might as well have the opportunity to enjoy it just as much as your kids do – am I right?
I’m listing out all of the vendors we used and their websites in case you need recommendations. These people are all an absolute dream to work with. Many of them have been with us for 3 years in a row now as well! They all have The Cheeky Been stamp of approval – 10/10 recommend! A lot of the smaller decor was from Amazon which I will link at the bottom of this post in case you’d like to recreate this theme.
