This is by far, one of my favorite outfits of the season! I wore it to a birthday dinner last weekend and just can’t get enough of it! It’s hard for me to find shorts that aren’t too short, or too tight (big booty problems), and still look cute high-waisted. These are comfortable, figure flattering, and affordable. I also love the ruffle detail on the bottom of them! My top was a perfect match for the shorts, and could easily be re-styled with any type of high-wasited denim. I had been on the hunt for a new pair of wedges that are lighter in color for months, and finally came across these Steve Maddens. The neutral color pairs well with just about any outfit, and the wedge makes them easier to walk in then your traditional heeled sandal.
I hope you all had a great holiday weekend! We had so much fun out on the lake and are already looking forward to the next outing. This is an extra short week for me as I’m headed back down to Charleston for a girls weekend with my mom and sister tomorrow!
